I am a macroeconomist and applied theorist. In particular, my research focuses on informational frictions, financial frictions, and the business cycle. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from MIT in 2010 and currently I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. I am on leave for the 2012-2013 academic year as a Research Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
