Professor Harris is a leading expert in corporate finance and the economics of information. His current research concerns the economics of bond ratings, bank disclosure regulation and intellectual property contracts. He has held visiting positions at Stanford University, The University of Haifa, and Tel Aviv University, in addition to the permanent positions detailed here. Professor Harris is a Fellow of the Econometric Society and of the American Finance Association and a former president of the Western Finance Association and the Society for Financial Studies. When not working, Professor Harris is an avid skier and enjoys photography. |
