Robert Vishny
Robert Vishny is the Myron S. Scholes Distinguished Service Professor of Finance and the Neubauer Faculty Director of the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership. He holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan and a PhD from MIT. Vishny is a cofounder of LSV Asset Management and has served as Program Director for Corporate Finance at the NBER, a trustee of TIAA-CREF, and associate editor for the Journal of Finance and the Journal of Financial Economics. Vishny has written extensively on mergers and acquisitions, behavioral finance, corporate governance, political economy, and law and finance. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a Fellow of the American Finance Association.
